Terms and Conditions
Affiliates that fail to comply with any of these terms, will be terminated from our program and will lose any income generated by TonyANDCamCash.com
Affiliate use of spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC. Any violation of this term of your agreement will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program without further payment.
Affiliates may not send traffic from warez or password sites, or any site or web page that violates any copyright.
Affiliates may not send traffic from a web page or site that contains any illegal or inappropriate content or text including (but not limited to) bestiality, child pornography or nude minors or, any hate text about any person or group.
Affiliates may not ever promote our sites on web pages or sites that use the following words or terms. If you do, you WILL be removed from the program.

Affiliates may not promote us in any way on the same site that also uses the name of any child's toy or non sex toy.
Affiliates may not promote us in any way that refers to rape or any non consensual sex.
Affiliates may not hotlink our banners.
All pages sending traffic must be fully in english!
Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older, depending on your local authority.
Affiliates may not offer any incentive to buy a membership.
Affiliates may not link to our site from any site or page linking to any site found non-compliant by our processor or VIsa U.S.
Affiliates may use any text link as long as it is a proper description of barebackMasters.com.
Affiliates hereby render and affirm to us that this agreement has been accepted by you. You further affirm that this agreement is within your legal capacity and power, require no other persons approval or consent, and do not violate the provision of any law, judgment, regulation to which you are subject or which is required upon you,
Affiliates agree to hold Zyloco Inc. and its respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to your use of the Site or violation of this agreement.
